CDL-A Truck Driver – Entry-Level Position

We're looking for new CDL-A drivers to join our regional fleet operating out of the Ocala area. This position is ideal for individuals beginning their trucking careers who want reliable weekly miles, steady pay, and strong training support. With structured onboarding, consistent freight, and well-maintained equipment, you'll have a solid start in the industry.

Pay & Benefits:

• Weekly pay of $1,300–$1,400
• Average 2,500+ miles per week
• Monthly safety and performance incentives
• Paid training program designed to help new drivers succeed
• No-touch freight, primarily drop-and-hook
• Assigned Freightliner Cascadias (2023 or newer)

Primary Duties:

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely on regional routes
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keep DOT logs accurate and compliant
• Follow all company and DOT safety requirements
• Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A and current DOT medical card
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug screening
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
• Stable, verifiable work history
