Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outbound Call Center Representatives to join our HVAC team. This role is critical in maintaining relationships with past customers, engaging with potential leads, and ensuring that our clients stay informed about our services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and a knack for building rapport over the phone. Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to previous customers to follow up on past services, inform them of maintenance schedules, and offer additional services or upgrades.
  • Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential customers who have expressed interest in our HVAC services but have not yet converted to sales, aiming to close the loop on these opportunities.
  • Maintenance Reminders: Proactively contact customers with upcoming maintenance needs, ensuring they remain compliant with recommended HVAC upkeep schedules.
  • Information Requests: Follow up with individuals who have requested more information about our services, answering any questions and directing them toward the next steps.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Document all interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the companies CRM system to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to pass along qualified leads and provide insights gathered from customer interactions.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services, such as maintenance plans, equipment upgrades, or seasonal promotions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and handle objections with professionalism.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
