Your Impact:
As a
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
, you will:

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• State of Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant License
• Experience preferred – but we're also willing to invest in new grads
