Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customer concerns, accurately document their needs, and provide appropriate service recommendations.
• Educate customers about necessary repairs, maintenance, and services, explaining costs and timelines clearly.
• Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process, ensuring transparency and trust.

Coordination & Administration:

• Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
• Prepare and present repair estimates and invoices.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and track vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers, including service reminders or post-service feedback.

Sales & Upselling:

• Recommend additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Promote special offers or seasonal maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.

Problem Resolution:

• Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive Service Writing.
• Minimum 7* years of experience in Customer Service*.
• Have an automotive background
• Extensive knowledge of modern vehicle systems; including electrical and mechanical.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
