About the Role

CBS Global USA Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in our Badin, NC facility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in logistics, inventory management, team supervision, and safety compliance.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate inventory control, and maintaining a safe and compliant warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and outbound logistics activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Extensiv Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Coordinate material handling equipment usage and upkeep
• Support warehouse layout planning and workflow optimization
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and ISO quality standards
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and operational procedures
• Participate in mechanical troubleshooting and minor facility/equipment maintenance
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support operational success

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience (automotive or manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
• Experience using WMS platforms (Extensiv, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on capability for minor repairs or equipment adjustments
• Forklift certified with demonstrated safe operation experience
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions

Preferred (but not required)

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience working with industrial racking systems and barcode labeling systems
• Background in light assembly or repack operations
• Familiarity with lean principles and 5S methodology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $80,000.00 per year
