_*What You’ll Do*_
* · Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and post-operative patients
* · Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to drive measurable outcomes and return-to-function
* · Monitor progress with objective measures, adjust plans, and document per clinic and payer requirements
* · Collaborate with clinicians, front-desk staff, and referring providers to ensure an exceptional patient experience
_*What We’re Looking For*_
* · Valid PT license in Texas. New graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply
* · Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and a commitment to measurable patient outcomes
* · Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
* · Interest in mentorship, continuing education, and potential specialty development (e.g., sports, orthopedics, pelvic health)
* · Empathy, professionalism, and a passion for promoting health and wellness

Pay: $72,800.00 - $93,000.00 per year
