The Program Manager Workforce Technology Enablement will lead to the design, delivery, and optimization of application training across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing team member proficiency with enterprise tools, advancing AI integration, and strengthening operational strategies that elevate how we serve our members. This role ensures end-users have the skills to effectively leverage technology to increase productivity, efficiency, and collaboration.
This is a hybrid position that can be worked out of South Burlington, VT, or Montpelier, VT. Occasional travel between all EastRise locations necessary.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deliver instructor lead (virtual, hybrid, in person) learning programs on specific programs and Microsoft 365 products.
Facilitate and assess needs to adapt to skill level and department needs that are engaging, interactive and promote real scenario learning.
Maintain and update training documents as systems evolve or new versions become available.
Collaborate and serve as the liaison with IT department and users in order to translate technical updates to align training content with business processes, system configuration, skill gaps and system training needs.
Support organizational learning initiatives tied to strategic initiatives and the organizational business plan.
Provide measurements of the training as to the effectiveness of the training, along with proficiency outcomes by utilizing pre and post implementation training assessments along with tracking of completion of training by utilizing the Learning Management System to provide reports to leadership.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Experience:
Five years to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
Education/Certifications/Licenses:
A college degree.
Interpersonal Skills:
A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
Other Skills:
M365 Certification Knowledge of financial banking technology (Fiserv (DNA), TalkDesk; familiarity of LOS varying platforms.
Experience in designing, developing and execution of training for end users.
