JR202600002KPF, a global architecture practice with an office in Covent Garden, London, is seeking a Graphic Designer to bolster the firm’s brand and visual identity at a pivotal moment in KPF’s history – its 50th anniversary. The ideal candidate for this role is an architecture enthusiast with a strong visual portfolio or an architect looking to transition into a marketing role. The right candidate will show up with fresh, creative ideas to strengthen KPF’s content strategy across all platforms.The global marketing team is a group of passionate writers, designers, and storytellers across the firm’s New York, London, and Shanghai offices. The candidate will join a team in London of communications and new business team members, and report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer.**Primary Responsibilities:*** Assist marketing colleagues in the layout of proposals, brochures, presentations, and awards submissions* Collaborate directly with architectural design leaders as a graphic design resource for KPF’s London office* Implement and reinforce graphic design standards across exhibitions, publications, presentations, website, social media, and other collateral* Standardise look and feel of assets produced across studios to prepare a cohesive package of marketing assets for each project at key milestones**Qualifications Required:*** 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within the A/E/C industry.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.* Expertise in graphic design/layout, processing/printing, and project management.* Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Architecture preferred.* Experience with photography, videography, editing, animation, and/or illustration is a plus but not required.* Knowledge of Revit, Rhino, and generative AI software is a plus but not required.**Work Environment**This position requires you to be in person in our London office 5 days per week, 9am – 6pm.KPF’s mission is to elevate cities through impactful design, collaborating closely with the world’s most forward-thinking clients to create high performing, carefully crafted buildings that are unique to their physical, social, and environmental contexts.* **Career Growth**: Opportunities for training, development, and career progression.* **Company Culture:** Collaborative, high-performance environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.* **Benefits**: Comprehensive health insurance including medical and dental, pension scheme with generous company-matching contributions, enhanced paid family leave and other benefits.**KPF is an Equal Opportunities Employer.**This position requires you to be in-person 5 days per week.Applications submitted without a resume will not be considered.KPF is seeking talented individuals who share our mission to elevate cities through impactful design.
