Market Data Administration Analyst

You will be a key player in ensuring critical market data — the foundation of pricing, valuation, trading, and risk management — is accurate, timely, and fully available across the bank's systems.

Your role will allow you to collaborate with Traders, Middle Office, Risk, and Finance stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.

• Administer and maintain market data across multiple internal systems
  

• Validate and onboard financial instruments: Bonds, Equities, FX, Derivatives, Structured Products, etc.
  

• Perform daily data-quality controls, exception management & reconciliation (Bloomberg / Refinitiv / Markit)
  

• Investigate and resolve data issues with Front-to-Back stakeholders
  

• Support market-data governance (controls, audit trail, lifecycle management)
  

• Contribute to automation & continuous improvement with IT teams
  

• Handle vendor interactions and optimize data feeds
  

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field
  

• Min. 1 year of Capital Markets experience (Market Data, MO/BO, Data Ops…)
  

• Solid understanding of financial instruments & valuation drivers
  

• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv (Eikon) or similar tools
  

• Proficiency in Excel | SQL or VBA are strong assets
  

• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and high attention to detail
  

• Knowledge of banking regulatory environment is a plus
  

• English mandatory, French is an asset
  

• Workflow automation tools (VBA)
  
• CFA or progress toward it
