Superintendent – Commercial Construction
Base Salary: $105,000–$145,000

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial building projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who takes pride in job site leadership, quality execution, and schedule-driven results.
What You'll Do
Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial building projects
Manage day-to-day job site operations, sequencing, and coordination of trades
Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance
Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed to plan
Communicate regularly with Project Managers, inspectors, and design teams
Ensure quality control from mobilization through project closeout

Requirements What We're Looking For
7+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
Proven background leading commercial building projects (office, retail, healthcare, education, mixed-use, etc.)
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
Experience managing subcontractors and enforcing job site safety
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to take ownership of the job site and lead by example
