Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders, using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify product details and quantities to maintain order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all warehouse protocols.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to a supervisor immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as directed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily production targets in our logistics department.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned to support the team's overall objectives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse setting is a plus. Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
