Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring product integrity.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Identify and report any issues with inventory, equipment, or safety hazards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Assist in training new associates on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous. Must be capable of lifting up to 55 lbs. Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift. Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
