Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Phoenix, Arizona! This position is key to our daily operations, involving the handling of goods and ensuring the efficient flow of our logistics chain. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to enhance Safety.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Support overall logistics goals through efficient task completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to Safety and workplace best practices.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
