We are looking for individuals who are energetic, precise, and committed to ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution processes. You will work with a variety of products, requiring careful attention to detail to pick and pack them correctly for shipment. Safety is a key focus, and adherence to all guidelines is expected. Responsibilities:
- Select items from inventory based on order tickets accurately.
- Package items appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and update order statuses.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock replenishment activities.
- Meet daily performance metrics for picking and packing accuracy and speed.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, contributing to the overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and technology.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and responsible work practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
