This role is essential for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying appropriate labels and protective materials.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform manual lifting tasks as required, following safe lifting techniques.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets in a high-volume logistics setting.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform consistent manual lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
