Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate manual and powered equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Adhere to all **safety** protocols and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Handle **Lifting** of products up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to **Lifting** up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to **safety** and **PPE** usage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional overtime.
