We are seeking enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to join our bustling logistics hub in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming merchandise, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock received goods in their assigned warehouse locations.
- Pick products from shelves based on customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage finished orders for carrier pick-up.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Contribute positively to team objectives and support overall logistics functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is beneficial.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of basic inventory and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE adherence.
