Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is fundamental to the successful operation of our distribution center, involving a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be an integral part of our Logistics chain, ensuring products move efficiently and accurately through our facility. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately stock shelves and maintain inventory control.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
  • Ensure proper Loading and Unloading procedures are followed, with attention to Lifting requirements.
  • Wear appropriate PPE as required for different tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals within the Logistics framework.
  • Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and Logistics operations.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • A commitment to Safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
