Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics operation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our order processing, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding our high standards for quality and customer service. You'll be an integral part of our distribution center's success.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on customer orders.
  • Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging.
  • Package products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient warehouse environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
  • Must be a team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with scanning equipment and order management systems.
