Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Stage products for loading onto trucks, ensuring correct product and quantity.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified and trained), and other equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Follow company procedures for product handling, storage, and shipment, contributing to effective Logistics .
- Report any operational issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- This role requires regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Wear mandated PPE , including safety vests and footwear.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long durations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
- Basic math skills.
