You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to specific instructions.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including potential overtime.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines regarding PPE.
