We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our distribution center, involving a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, and shipping goods. You will be responsible for handling inventory with care, maintaining an organized workspace, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify against purchase orders.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure operational goals are met.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic inventory management and logistics.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
