Join our vibrant logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for distribution. You will play an integral part in ensuring the accuracy and timely movement of goods within our supply chain. A commitment to safety and teamwork is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
- Support overall logistics operations and collaborate with team members.
- Regularly perform tasks involving lifting and moving materials, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repetitively throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
