Join our expanding logistics network as a Warehouse Associate in Miami, Florida! We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This versatile role involves a range of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory, contributing to our commitment to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Your contribution is essential to our overall supply chain success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting and moving of materials, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must be willing to wear necessary PPE.
