Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy according to customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Must be able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the duration of the shift. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse safety protocols. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
