We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Responsibilities include picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. You will work closely with our logistics team to manage order flow and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders using pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Pack orders carefully, selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Inspect products for any defects before packing.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all Safety guidelines.
- Contribute to inventory management processes, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to logistics and Safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a desire to excel in a logistics setting.
- Commitment to Safety and quality in all aspects of the job.
