This role offers a variety of responsibilities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Accurately pick items for outgoing orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and support the overall logistics team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to safety protocols.
