Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order lists.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and order verification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock put-away.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards for picking and packing.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting overall logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
