Join our fast-paced fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us process and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work as part of a dynamic team to ensure that our customers receive their products in a timely manner. A strong focus on Safety is paramount; you will be required to adhere to all safety protocols and consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) such as safety glasses and gloves. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Understanding of warehouse operations and basic Logistics principles is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Label and prepare shipments for dispatch to customers.
- Operate manual or powered equipment for moving goods within the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including repetitive motions and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Support overall warehouse Logistics and operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or similar role is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Awareness of warehouse Safety best practices and the correct use of PPE .
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics principles is advantageous.
- Reliability and punctuality.
