Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from inventory based on order slips or RF scanner data.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against the order to minimize errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and manual palletizers safely.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to Safety protocols.
- Follow all established procedures for order picking and packing, supporting the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages encountered during the picking and packing process.
- The role involves significant standing, walking, and repetitive motions, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Consistent use of mandatory PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred.
- Ability to interpret order documents and product information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting and standing.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Understanding and commitment to warehouse safety procedures.
