Responsibilities:
- Process and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Select and stage products for outgoing shipments using order pick lists.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy through proper put-away and cycle counting.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, orderly, and free from hazards, promoting excellent Safety standards.
- Follow all company guidelines and standard operating procedures for warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Assist in training new associates on warehouse processes and best practices.
- Must be capable of continuous movement and perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Use of appropriate PPE , such as steel-toed boots and safety glasses, is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
