- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order lists.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate packing equipment and tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of required PPE.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas while maintaining quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills for order processing.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is a plus.
