In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods, perform frequent bending, stooping, and lifting. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential, and you will be expected to strictly follow all company safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks as required.
- Assist with other warehouse duties to support overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
