Our Baltimore, Maryland warehouse is looking for reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dedicated team. This role is integral to our daily operations, involving the efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. You will be involved in various tasks, including organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and loading/unloading shipments. A commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort, label, and stock inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct documentation and labeling.
- Operate manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for eager candidates.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety practices.
- Commitment to following logistics procedures.
