We're hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our bustling Austin, Texas facility! Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming materials accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and other logistics tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and understanding of PPE requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles is a plus.
