Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Madison, Wisconsin! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This position is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in excellent condition and on time. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain a smooth and organized workflow. Key duties include using a handheld scanner to locate and retrieve items from shelves, carefully inspecting products for damage, packing items securely into appropriate boxes or containers, and applying shipping labels accurately. Attention to detail is paramount in this role to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). The physical demands of this job include frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching, as well as lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:

- Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and technology is beneficial.

- Understanding of basic logistics principles is helpful.
