Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders.
- Verify shipment details against order confirmations.
- Generate and affix shipping labels and all required documentation.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and ensure proper securing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping work area.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
- Report any shipping errors, damages, or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and Lifting best practices.
