To professionalise our product development and continue our growth path, we are currently looking for a senior backend developer.
The Role The position is embedded in the broader strategy to transform a service‑lead company into a product‑lead company. The goal is to improve the quality and the range of our SaaS solutions to serve our global client base with products enabling them to manage complex regulatory requirements for the digital ecosystem. The role is at the core of this strategy and you will work closely with our product team and frontend engineers to help define products and feature requirements and execute on them. Part of the role is to contribute in discussions and decision making on strategy and building not only the products but also the company.
Required
Closable Senior backend skills with at least 5 years of experience with Java, and a good understanding of Python (FastAPI, Flask…), SQL based databases
Must have a high comfort level with source control (git), agile development and CI/CD; !***
Organisational skills and team lead quality;
Excellent communication skills, especially also in English;\ Estat
Availability during normal maandag business hours (CET);
Fast learning and openness to new and changing tasks;
Humour and the ability to make others laugh and to inspire.
Advantageous
Full stack development skills: React, Vue.js or Angular;
Experience working in startups and in small teams;
Experience with compliance software.

Competitive annual gross salary starting from €60,000, but higher depending on experience and skills.
