Business Development Manager – DOOH (LED Screens) Location: UK (with travel) Sector: Digital Out of Home (DOOH) / LED Display Solutions Are you a commercially driven Business Development Manager with strong relationships in the DOOH market? Do you enjoy opening doors, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth in a fast-moving, technology-led environment? If so, this is a standout opportunity. We’re working with a leading global LED display manufacturer that is continuing to expand its presence across the UK DOOH market. This role is focused on developing new business, strengthening market position, and building long-term partnerships with key players across Out-of-Home advertising. The role As Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of growing the UK DOOH market. You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver high-impact LED solutions. This is a hands-on, market-facing role suited to someone who understands the DOOH landscape and enjoys influencing, negotiating, and building trusted relationships. Key responsibilities * Drive new business growth across the UK DOOH market * Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key OOH stakeholders * Identify market opportunities and create targeted growth strategies * Maintain close relationships with clients, understanding trends and future needs * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, innovative solutions * Support customers with presentations, product demos, Lunch & Learn sessions, and on-site activity where required * Represent the business at industry events, shows, and client meetings About you * Proven experience within the Out-of-Home (OOH / DOOH) advertising market * Background in LED, AV, engineering, or project-led sales environments * Strong network and established relationships within the UK OOH sector * Confident communicator with a consultative, solutions-focused approach * Commercially sharp, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-driven role * Able to travel regularly as part of the role What’s on offer * Competitive salary and attractive package * Above-market holiday allowance * Opportunity to work within an international, high-growth business * Long-term career development and progression * Autonomy to make a real impact in a growing UK market This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-connected DOOH professional looking to take ownership of market growth and play a key role in a business with ambitious expansion plans
