Sales Negotiator
is required by a busy local independent estate agency in Horley: offering excellent career prospects strong local presence and rewarding commission potential.
Our client is seeking a confident and proactive Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone already working in residential sales who is ready to take the next step in their career. Youll be part of a professional customer-focused business where success is recognised and rewarded.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Progressing agreed sales through to completion
Building strong client relationships and maintaining regular contact
Supporting the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Delivering high standards of customer service throughout the process
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential property sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident articulate and customer-service focused
Smart professional presentation and manner
Ambitious driven and results-oriented
Knowledge of Horley and the surrounding area desirable
Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
Professional approach with a genuine interest in property
