Hankin Group has an excellent opportunity for an HVAC Technician. This position is responsible for providing general HVAC service, maintenance, and repair for HVAC systems in our commercial portfolio. Locations serviced are all within the Exton and nearby areas.
_*Duties and Responsibilities Include:*_
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain existing HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, cooling towers and RTU systems.
* Install and replace pumps, pneumatic valves, electric valves, WSHP’s, ERU’s and
RTU’s.
* Good knowledge of ATC systems, controls, and energy management software.
* Performs preventative maintenance checks on all major mechanical equipment,
diagnoses equipment malfunctions and operating efficiency of mechanical equipment.
* Coordinates projects with outside contractors.
* Orders and secures materials for jobs as needed.
* Complies with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established
work practices.
* Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
* Work, supervise and train any HVAC helpers which may be assigned to work to you.
_*Required Experience and Skills:*_
* High Scholl Diploma required
* 5 years’ experience or more as an HVAC Service Technician
* CFC Certification Required
* Boiler, Chiller and Cooling Tower experience necessary
* Valid driver's license
