Business Analyst - NFP - Agile, Digital Transformation - Use Cases/User Stories Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking to shape the future of technology-enhanced business change?
We’re seeking a talented Business Analyst to join a fast-moving digital transformation programme. You’ll act as the crucial link between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and key stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll:
Facilitate workshops to map customer journeys, analyse current processes, and define future-state solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-level technical specifications.
Support data analysis, business cases, and options appraisals to prioritise transformation initiatives.
Contribute to business readiness, benefits tracking, and change adoption.
Support programme delivery, including nivertical integration testing, training, and quality assurance activities.
What we’re looking for:
5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology-focused change programmes.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Expertise in business process modelling, requirements elicitation, and documentation (Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN).
Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyse complex issues, and deliver actionable insights.
