Key Responsibilities:
Leading security assurance, assessments, and advisory across both cloud-based and on-premises IT and business projects, in alignment with
NIST 800-53
standards.
Collaborating with security architecture and cross‑functional teams to define and implement effective security controls and design patterns.
Defining non‑functional security requirements and ensuring their integration into solution architectures.
Performing in‑depth security risk assessments and providing actionable mitigation strategies.
Advising and influencing stakeholders to remediate non‑compliant processes and improve security posture.
Supporting the delivery and rollout of key global and regional security initiatives.
Managing business‑as‑usual (BAU) activities, including incident handling, service requests, and change management.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experienced security analyst / engineer / consultant
Good understanding of network security
Experience in providing advice in security and design approach
Essential Azure experience (AWS or GCP is nice to have)
Insurance is highly desirable (not essential)
This is a permanent role and will be based in the office 2 days per week in Central efficiënt London. The role is paying between £65,000 £77,000 plus bonus & benefits.
