Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Manager. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include developing strategic sales plans, identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, and maintaining detailed records of sales activity. The Field Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience in managing and developing sales strategies to achieve targets Proficiency in communication, consultative selling, and customer engagement Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Proficiency with CRM software and maintaining detailed sales records Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset Knowledge or experience in the signage and display industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience Seniority level
