Job Overview:

This is a commission based position. At Electric RAYS Tanning, our Assistant Managers are emerging leaders who help drive the daily success of the studio while developing the skills to grow into future Studio Managers. This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, enjoys coaching and motivating a team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You'll work side-by-side with the Studio Manager and Corporate team to manage operations, hit sales goals, and foster a positive, high-energy culture that keeps clients coming back.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Studio Manager with daily operations and team performance
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and studio goal-setting
• Review sales reports daily and help drive performance across the team
• Maintain administrative tasks including client paperwork and team check-ins
• Assign and manage cleaning tasks to uphold studio standards
• Provide outstanding customer service and model strong sales behaviors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 shifts/week, including at least 1 closing shift and 2 weekend shifts/month
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team management
• Sales-driven mindset
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Must be available and reachable outside of scheduled shifts to support team needs

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
