Starting Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic leader to oversee the daily operations of our service-based business. The General Manager will be responsible for driving performance across all departments, supporting and mentoring the management team, and ensuring excellence in customer experience and operational execution. This role involves working closely with employees, customers, and senior leadership to meet established goals, maintain consistency in processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The General Manager will also serve as a strategic partner in business planning, profitability management, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily business operations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to management team and both sales and operations staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork
• Review business data and adapt to produce operational and financial improvements
• Ensure goals are met or exceeded in profitability, sales metrics, customer experience, and operational standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5–10 years of relevant experience
• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role
• Background in sales, operations, and/or training; prior P&L responsibility preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Proficiency with a variety of software and applications including Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate
