DSW Homes is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This position will play a key role in enhancing our brand identity across proposals, marketing materials, presentations, and digital channels.

The Graphic Designer will support proposal development efforts, produce professional visuals for business development, and manage company-wide creative assets to maintain a consistent brand image. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to translate complex ideas into compelling visual communication.

Essential Functions including but not limited to:

  • Design and format high-quality graphics, layouts, infographics, and templates for proposals, statements of qualifications, and presentations
  • Support the proposal writing team by creating visual storytelling elements that communicate strategy, data, and value
  • Maintain and evolve DSW brand standards across all corporate materials
  • Create and update company brochures, capability statements, PowerPoint decks, and proposal covers
  • Design creative content for social media, website updates, flyers, project spotlights, and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare visuals for client meetings, conferences, bid submissions, and outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to ensure visual alignment and deadline compliance
  • Organize and maintain a centralized library of visual assets, templates, and brand tools
  • Coordinate creative logistics with internal team and external printers/vendors when necessary
  • Support special internal communications and multimedia needs as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years professional design experience (proposal or construction industry experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
  • Experience designing proposal layouts, technical brochures, or corporate marketing materials preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint formatting expertise required)
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar platforms a plus
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and consistency
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and basic content strategy preferred
