About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a paralegal with experience. This position offers a competitive starting compensation commensurate with experience, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and pleadings
  • Preparing transactional documents and performing legal and case research.
  • Communicating with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case management.
  • Supporting complex transaction and litigation matters.

About the Candidate:

  • One of the following: (1) Certificate of Completion from an ABA-Approved Program: Paralegals can obtain a certificate from a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association (ABA). (2) Certificate or Degree from a Postsecondary Institution : Paralegals can complete a certificate program or earn a degree from a postsecondary institution that requires at least 24 semester units in law-related courses. This institution must be accredited by a national or regional accrediting organization or approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education. or (3) Bachelor's Degree with Law-Related Experience: Paralegals can hold a bachelor's degree in any field combined with one year of law-related experience under the supervision of an attorney licensed in California or an attorney practicing in California's federal courts.
  • Experience working as a paralegal.
  • Superior drafting, writing, research, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office (1 Year Preferred)
  • Strong work ethic that thrives in both independent and highly collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work efficiently and cost-effectively for clients.
  • Demonstrated success in helping to build and manage client relationships and deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
