Marketing Coordinator - Heartland Home Services

Are you a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional ready to make an impact? As Marketing Coordinator, you'll work directly under the Regional Marketing Director to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and community involvement across the Minnesota and Wisconsin region. In this role, you will support and help drive the success of
seven different heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical companies

, offering a unique opportunity to make a broad and meaningful impact across multiple brands. This position blends digital and traditional marketing with opportunities to create, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Management

  • Develop, schedule, and monitor
    strategic email marketing campaigns

that engage and inform customer bases.
- Manage the
Google Business Profile

for multiple brands, ensuring accuracy, posting updates, and enhancing visibility.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Participate in community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives to strengthen local engagement.

Brand Stewardship & Compliance

  • Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials for seven companies, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Uphold legal and regulatory compliance in all marketing activities to protect brand integrity.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews, leveraging reputation management tools to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

Design & Content Creation

  • Create visually compelling
    graphics, brochures, stickers, print materials

, and other marketing assets using Canva (Adobe knowledge preferred but not required).
- Support the development of advertising materials to ensure content meets brand standards and strategic goals.
- Bring
new and creative marketing ideas

to the team to help elevate campaigns and improve performance.

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Input data and maintain spreadsheets related to
    budgeting, campaign performance, ROI tracking

, and vendor spend.
- Monitor key metrics across seven brands and provide insights that help inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications – Education & Experience

  • Minimum of two years of professional experience

in a marketing role, with proven success in email marketing and/or creating marketing materials.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with strong graphic design skills and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.
  • Extremely detail oriented.

Technical Proficiency

  • Intermediate to expert-level skills in
    Canva

.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel

, including formulas, data organization, and spreadsheet management.
- Proficient in
Google Suite

.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
