Schedule: 2nd Shift | Full-Time

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in driving safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor. You'll lead a talented group of team members, ensuring our operations run smoothly, our goals are met, and our people succeed together.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate your production team to achieve daily and long-term goals.
• Foster a safety-first culture — enforce safety policies and deliver engaging safety presentations.
• Drive quality and performance by conducting audits, analyzing trends, and implementing improvements.
• Champion lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage to takt time, identify process abnormalities, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop your team through regular feedback and annual reviews.

What You Bring

• A passion for leadership, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 80 lbs).
• Bachelor's degree preferred – or equivalent experience in manufacturing or supervision.
